Alithean Pantheons
The Alithean gods have been around since the time of Old Ethrell, but their personalities changed during the onslaught of the Plagues of Vibarii and Old Ethrell's collapse, their changes concluding in The Ascension and The Sundering, the disaster that tore the world apart, opening the doors to The Depths and The Core, the formation of Borr, Vaarnux, Thraxus'Nal, and Roth. This momentous event changed the gods forever, and the Alithean gods, previously known as Ethrellian Gods, took on new forms and took on new domains and mantles.
The Alithean world is a world of decent technological advancement, a steampunk and diesel-punk atmosphere, combined with a 1920's theme and aesthetic. The Alithean gods were born as gods, with their supreme god, Alithen, arriving in the world in the days of Old Ethrell, some 4,000 years ago.
