Thraxuuan Pantheons
The Thraxuuans of Thraxus’Nal are primary worshippers of Vibarii, the god of plague and storm from Abirria, but over the course of their history, have found others gods to add to their temples, including the most important of them, the Thraxii, their new gods, demigods ascended to real godhood through their devotion and praise among the Thraxuuan peoples. These demigods are present around the mortals, and they are guardians of the Thraxuuan’s cities, towns, and villages.
The Thraxuuan people have adopted a number of legendary mortals, who have risen to divinity through faith among the people, once leaders of great cults, this once mortal warband reached divinity after saving the realm of Thraxus’Nal from extermination in the wake of the Sundering and founded the empire. The deities listed below were once a group of heroes themselves, and are altogether the gods of a number of domains, with their chief deity still being Vibarii, the Abirrian God of Plague and Storm,with these “New Gods” being the protectors of each great city in Thraxus’Nal, ruling as lords and ladies over the people.
The Thraxuuan’s have a long list of now deceased deities, who predate the Thraxuuan Empire, killed in a titanic struggle in a long ago age against the Brottoan Totems in a holy war. The Brottoan totems lost their bodies but won the conflict, while the Thraxuuan gods were slain. These gods are mostly ignored, as the Thraxuuans do not care for gods that would fail in such a way.
