Ghorranii/Ghorranites

You are Ghorran, the race of river and sea-dwelling elemental spirits that live upon the surface of Abraeas’Dor, born to the great Abirrian god, Ghorrii, god of water, the ocean and civilization. Your people were created when molded out of wet clay by the shifting god, another name for Ghorrii himself, who’s body can morph and change as if he was made from wet clay.

Your origins as a species are the time Ghorrii’s magic ran amok, and the world’s land was rolled as Ghorrii played with the world itself, unleashing his reality warping powers, creating a number of unique creatures, the greatest of which were his clay figures that came to life, and thus, the Ghorran race was created.

Your people live deep underwater in the rivers of Abraeas’Dor, in the watery caverns of Roth, Thraxus’Nal, Ibanakar, and Abirria,  and underground seas in the Depths and the Core. Your people have migrated throughout the rivers and seas of the world, and can be found almost anywhere in the world where a body of water can be found.

Your people are the greatest sculptors in the world, the greatest naturalist’s, and the greatest masons and architects in the world. Your people have long lived with fame and renown among the civilized societies of Abirria and Ibanakar. Your workers and masons take jobs all over the world in times of peace, and your architect's creations still stand in the massive megacities of Abirria.

Your people take the form of clay beings, can be small to large in size,  and dissolve and travel through water as if you become ethereal in running water.  Your cultural symbols are the pot and the tower of clay, and your bodies move as if they are liquid, but stay the same dark brown, dark red, or light grey color.

You can shrink and grow in size, can fit into small gaps of barely an inch in height or width, and your people do not grow hair, instead fashioning their heads in whatever they would like. Your people’s eyes are pitch black with little white ink blot-like spots, and your figure’s can be anything you would like.

  • 5e - You gain a +2 bonus to your Constitution and a +1 bonus to your Wisdom

  • 3.5e - You gain a +2 bonus to your Constitution, a +2 bonus to your Wisdom, and -2 debuff to your Charisma

Species - You are an Elemental

Size - You are Small, Medium, or Large(10ft tall)

Movement Speed - Your base movement speed is 30ft and your climb speed is 15ft.

Mold Self - You are capable of molding your own body into shapes that you desire, including large key gaps, fitting under doors with one inch of space between the door and the floor, and are able to spread yourself out to distribute melee bludgeoning damage throughout the body, reducing the damage. Your limit to manipulating your own body is your imagination and the inability to grow more than one size category from your base size.

Disperse Damage - As a Reaction(5e)/Immediate Action(3.5e), you can disperse your molecular structure and spread your body out one size larger than your normal size when hit with a bludgeoning melee attack, and disperse the damage to lessen it. Using this ability reduces the damage from bludgeoning attacks by 1d8+2. You can do this 1/Day.

Create Item - As an Action(5e)/Full Round Action(3.5e), you can create a standard nonelectric or nonmagical adventuring gear object out of clay pulled from yourself at the expense of taking 1d4+1 damage to create the object. This object lasts for 1 hour, and if the object is destroyed, you lose another 1d4+1 hitpoints. You can do this up to 3/Day.

Ethereal Swimmer - When you are swimming or in a body of water, you are able to control your bodily movement better than almost any other species. Your movement speed is doubled while you swim, and your body takes on an ethereal appearance, making attacks against you while submerged in water be made at Disadvantage(5e)/or with a -5 to the enemies attack roll.

Natural Mason - You have proficiency with Mason’s Tools.
