Regional Humans
Humans of Abraeas’Dor
The humans of Abraeas’Dor are the most adaptive, but not quite as common as Elves or Dwarves, and are in the minority compared to other standard fantasy races. Humans on this plane of existence are also one of the youngest races in the world, only having been present for the past 150,000 years, compared to the elves 800,000 and the dwarves 600,000. The humans have many subspecies depending on the age of the world and the locations in the world, some blind with heightened senses in the depths, some naturally blessed, some touched by the divine, some blessed by the sea after many years of magical influence, and some marked by the fiendish evils of the core.
Standard Humans
The basic human has remained mostly the same over the past 100,000 years, with humans becoming far more capable and escaping from under the feet of the longer lived races, proving their hardiness and their surprising spirit and durability. Humans are often gifted with prodigal skills in specific subjects and have the widest variations of personality, faith, and histories tied to their tribes and clans.
