Yllman’s/Yllmanites

You are an Yllman, a species born from the magic of Yllmetren, the Abirrian goddess of the forest, motherhood, fire, and womanhood. She is the great goddess that guards the glassweald and forests throughout the world and guides hunters and rangers on the hunt for their prey, the challenger of Croaxa, and the keeper of the wood.

Your people were born from her magic upon the first defeat of Croaxa, the Habrintean Goddess of Nature’s Wrath and the Mutated Wood, and fully formed as a new species as Yllmetren ascended from mortal to divinity. Your people were made in her figure and shadow, and while your people are primarily devoted to Yllmetren, your people have spread across Abraeas’Dor under the employ of many divine entities.Of all the spiritual beings, such as yourselves, the Baeloran’s, and the Ghorran’s, the Yllman’s are the most highly regarded due to their close proximity to divinity.

Your people take on the form of spirits made of twirling leaves and wooden forms, similar in appearance to treants, but far more mobile and far more well-known. The people of your wooded tribes have made great connections with wood elves, high elves, and sea elves, and have a strong relationship with the treant colonies.

Your people are hairless, and instead have crowns, wooden leaves that decorate your scalps instead of normal hair, and your physical forms are protected by several layers of dark green, brown, grey, or white bark. You have two hands, 4 legs, and stand around 6-10ft tall, going from Medium size to Large size at their maximum.

Your culture revolves around guidance and mastery of the wilderness, of animal care, and of plant care. Commonly, Yllman’s become druids and the rare Yllman is born into Sorcery.
