Anggrishiian Empire - Water Elemental Empire

The Atmossian Empire of Anggrish is another ethereal, dangerous realm that exists throughout the entire universe. Like Aeth, the elemental empires, kingdoms, tribes, and peoples of Anggrish exist simultaneously across all the mortal planes of the universe, under different names, ideals, and even governmental rules, but nonetheless a universal constant. 

The anggrishian empire is made up of great swaths of ocean and fresh water, held in the air by the very thread of water provided by Brrna, the cosmic body of The First Sea, and tied to the primordial plane of Duult, The primordial plane of water. 

This empire is a universal constant. They may appear on mortal planes as kingdoms, tribes, empires, or faultless democracies. Anggrish people have their own languages, their own cultures, and are protected in the highest or deepest realms of the worlds they inhabit. 

The empire of Anggrish in all planes of existence, mortal planes, and elemental planes, is embodied by the great floating waves in the air, great blobs of pure water, uninfected by mortal actions, like pollution or animal interference. These great globs of water may be saltwater or freshwater. These waters are impossible to penetrate with standard dnd spells, and require spells of 8th level or higher to penetrate.  There are no solid lands of the empires and kingdoms of Anggrish throughout the universe, and they may appear in the deep oceans of other planes or in the sky or surface level oceans of whatever realm/plane they exist in, but they exist in all planes of existence that hosts mortal life. 

The people of Anggrish may find true power in the plane of water, Duult, or in the plane of the Cosmic Body Brrna, and are tied directly to the Threads that hold the universal dress of Heiri’Khall together and grant each mortal plane access to the universal constants.
