The Coresmaw - The Lands of Spawn

These three empires are known to the Thraxuuans as the people of Spawn, each species in the region connected to a colossal central figure known as Mashra’Saan, a colossal biomechanical insect left over from the days of Ancient Aevorr that has filled the land with nearly endless tiny insects that fill the sky and make travel to the surface extremely difficult. The people of the Coresmaw has limited contact with the Thraxuuans of the surface due to the swarms of insects making it hard to travel to the surface, but in the recent centuries, the swarms are lessening, and the Coresmaw has begun to join the Thraxuuans in trade. The biological technology found here in the Coresmaw is of great interest to the surface dwellers, and the ease of access to Mashra’Saan has launched the empires in this region to a futuristic level of biomechanical technology and removed the need to practice magic.

The Empire of Kaenth

The Orcish Empire in the Depths of Thraxus'Nal - This empire is almost directly below where the Orcish territories of Old Ethrell were located. This Empire is the major warring force in the Depths of Thraxus'Nal, and are a terror to the other empires and kingdoms that live there. They are known for their extreme brutality and a vigorous and dangerous war machine that churns out more soldiers and skirmishes than almost anywhere else in the world except for Vaarnux. The orcs of this realm are infused with biomechanical machinery and have taken on insectoid traits that no other orcs in the world possess. Their insectile hive mind makes them notoriously dangerous, enough that even Thraxus’Nal refuses to go to war with them to gain easier access to the other empires that would create greater bonds with them.

The Empire of Gaanth

The Human Empire in the Depths of Thraxus'Nal - This colossal empire is made up of dozens of cities connected by heavily guarded tunnels and trade routes. They fear the Empire of Kaenth, but they have a shaky truce with them for the time being. This empire are ones who maintained the customs of Old Ethrell when it fell and the humans who survived the Sundering began anew. This place still uses the old names and domains of gods that have long since changed and evolved. They have, at this point in time, a strong relationship with the Thraxuuans on the surface, the humans of Gaanth choosing to stay in darkness.

The Empire of Manath'Ruul

The Maashuu Empire in the depths of Thraxus'Nal - This smaller empire is made up of Maashuu that have assimilated to the beliefs of the people of the surface world in Thraxus'Nal. They have a strong bond with the humans of Gaanth, and are working towards a better, safer, healthier future alongside them and the people of Thraxus'Nal. Their Maashuu are the guides for nature magic for Thraxus’Nal in the recent centuries, and their unique blend of natural magic and a surprising adoption of technology makes them one of the most unique maashuu empires in the world.
